Project Name: Nantong Jiufu New Materials Co., LTD. 16kt/a epoxy resin, 8KT /a polyester resin, 8KT /a powder coating
Nature of construction: new construction (most of it has been completed, which belongs to construction before approval)
Industry category: resin coatings.
Construction site: Western Phase ii, Yangkou Chemical Industrial Park, Rudong County
Total investment: The total investment is 233,527,200 yuan, among which the environmental protection investment is 13 million yuan, accounting for 5.57% of the total investment of the project.
Area: about 46665.1m2, including 5739.8m2 green area, green rate is 12.3%.
Working hours: four shifts and three operating hours of 24 hours, the annual operating hours of 8000 hours.
Number of staff: 62 project staff, including 15 logistics and management personnel, 47 production and technical personnel.
Construction period: 18 months
Main construction contents: Nantong jiufu new materials co., LTD in rudong ocean chemical industrial park west investment in new production of bisphenol A type epoxy resin, polyester resin and derivatives of powder coating equipment, including 16 kt/A epoxy resin device, 8 kt/A polyester resin device, 8 kt/A powder coating equipment, production of products in the process of the by-product 3.8 kt/A industrial salt.
Pollution generation, prevention and discharge
Waste water: The process waste water generated in the production process of the project includes: Sy-1001 type epoxy resin plant mother liquid high salt wastewater (W1-1(1)) and washing low salt wastewater (W1-2(1)), SY-1004 type epoxy resin plant mother liquid high salt wastewater (W1-1(2)) and washing low salt wastewater (W1-2(2)), LR-pH type polyester resin plant process wastewater (W2(1)), P512 Type 7 polyester resin plant process wastewater (W2(2)). Other effluents from the proposed project are: Laboratory testing link produced wastewater (W3), equipment cleaning and spray water storage tank (W4), epoxy resin and polyester resin device produced by waste gas absorption wastewater (W5), ground flush wastewater (W6), the early rain (W7) and domestic wastewater (project.it), unified the wastewater collected by the plant after pretreatment of sewage treatment station over to some deep water sewage treatment plant. Circulating cooling water system sewage (W9) is managed as clean water and discharged into Kuang River through rainwater pipe network.
Exhaust gas: The combustible exhaust gas generated by each device of the project is collected and sent to "RTO incineration system + primary alkali spray" by closed pipe, and finally discharged through the 25m-high 1# exhaust cylinder. Exhaust gas containing epichlorohydrin (G1-2(1), G1-2(2)) is treated with "three-stage condensation + first-stage activated carbon adsorption (one for use and one for preparation)+ first-stage alkali spray" and discharged through 2# exhaust cylinder with a height of 25m. In the dust exhaust gas, bisphenol A feeding dust exhaust gas (G1-1(1), G1-1(2)) generated by the solid epoxy resin device is discharged through A 3# exhaust cylinder with A height of 25m after treatment by the bag filter. The dust exhaust gas (G1-5(1), G1-5(2)) and the dust exhaust gas (G2-2(1), G2-2(2)) generated by the polyester resin device are discharged through the same 25m high 4# exhaust cylinder after being treated by their respective bag dust collector. Powder coating device produced by mixing, crushing, screening dust exhaust gas (G3-1) after the clip filter cartridge dust collector treatment, pulverized coarse dust exhaust gas (G3-2) by "cyclone + bag filter + water spray" management, through the same 15m high 5# exhaust cylinder for discharge; Heat conduction oil furnace uses natural gas as fuel, natural gas is clean fuel, the emission of pollutants in combustion exhaust gas is very small, directly through the 15m high 6# exhaust cylinder high altitude emissions.
Solid waste: The solid wastes generated during the operation of the project mainly include metal ingot S1, dust ash S2, crystal salt S3, crystal salt S4, slag ball S5, dust ash S6, dust ash S7, waste cloth bag S8, waste glue bucket S9, waste RO film S10, and domestic garbage S11. Metal ingot S1 is hazardous waste, which is comprehensively utilized by the steel plant. According to the National Hazardous Waste List (2021 edition), the utilization process is not managed as hazardous waste; Dust ash S2, dust ash S6, waste cloth bag S8 are hazardous wastes, which are returned to the high temperature furnace as raw materials; Waste glue bucket S9 and waste RO membrane S10 are hazardous wastes, which are recycled by the manufacturer. Slag ball S5, bag dust ash S7 for general industrial solid waste, as raw materials returned to the high temperature furnace; The hazardous characteristics of S3 and S4 should be identified after the generation of crystal salts. Household garbage S11 is cleaned and transported regularly by the sanitation department. All solid waste can be comprehensively utilized or treated harmlessly.
Noise: the project is to produce high noise device mainly have the compressor and vacuum pump, fan, frozen and auxiliary environmental protection engineering, air compressor, circulating cooling water tower, etc., by increasing the sound insulation cover the outlet, damping, muffler, muffler, choose low noise equipment and other measures, can obviously reduce the noise influence on plant community, to ensure the standard of noise at boundary.
