Construction site: Phase II of the West Zone of Yangkou Chemical Industrial Park, Rudong County
Total investment: The total investment is 233,527,200 yuan, among which, environmental protection investment is 13 million yuan, accounting for 5.57% of the total project investment.
Covering area: about 46665.1m2, including 5739.8m2 green area, green rate of 12.3%.
Working hours: Four shifts three operation 24 hours, the annual operating hours of 8000 hours.

Main construction contents: Nantong Jiufu New Materials Co., Ltd. plans to invest in A new production plant of bisphenol a type epoxy resin, polyester resin and derivative powder coatings in the western district of Yangkou Chemical Industrial Park, Rudong County, including 16kt/a epoxy resin plant, 8kt/a polyester resin plant and 8kt/a powder coating plant, and 3.8kt/a industrial salt is produced byproduct in the production process.
2. The production, prevention and discharge of pollutants
Wastewater: Process wastewater generated in the production process of this project includes: High-salt wastewater of mother liquor of SY-1001 epoxy resin plant (W1-1(1)) and washing low-salt wastewater (W1-2(1)), SY-1004 epoxy resin plant high-salt wastewater of mother liquor (W1-1(2)) and washing low-salt wastewater (W1-2(2)), LR-PH polyester resin plant process wastewater (W2(1)) and P512 Process wastewater of Type 7 polyester resin plant (W2(2)). Other effluents from the proposed project are: The laboratory inspection process produces waste water (W3), equipment cleaning and tank spray wastewater (W4), waste gas absorption wastewater (W5), ground washing wastewater (W6), initial rainwater (W7) and domestic sewage (W8) from epoxy resin and polyester resin equipment. The above waste water is collected and treated by the sewage treatment station in the plant before being taken over to Rudong deep-water sewage treatment Plant. Sewage discharge of circulating cooling water system (W9) is managed as clean water and discharged into Kuang River through rainwater pipe network.
Waste gas: The combustible waste gas produced by each device of this project is collected and sent to the "RTO incineration system + first-stage alkali spray" in closed pipes for treatment, and finally discharged through the 25m high 1# exhaust cylinder; The waste gases containing epichlorohydrin (G1-2(1) and G1-2(2)) were treated with "three-stage condensation + first-stage activated carbon adsorption (one for use and one for preparation)+ first-stage alkali spray" and discharged through the 25m high 2# exhaust cylinder. In the dust waste gas, the bisphenol A feeding dust waste gas (G1-1(1), G1-1(2)) produced by the solid epoxy resin unit is discharged through a 25m high 3# exhaust cylinder after being treated by the bag filter. The flake packaging dust waste gas (G1-5(1), G1-5(2)) and the flake packaging dust waste gas (G2-2(1), G2-2(2)) produced by polyester resin device are treated by their respective bag dust precipitators and discharged through the same 25m high 4# exhaust cylinder. The mixed, crushed and screened dust waste gas (G3-1) produced by the powder coating device is treated by the cartridge filter, and the crushed crude dust waste gas (G3-2) is processed by the "cyclone + bag dust collector + water spray", and discharged through the same 15m high 5# exhaust cylinder. The heat conduction oil furnace uses natural gas as fuel, and natural gas is a clean fuel. The emission of pollutants in the combustion exhaust gas is very small. It is directly discharged through the 15m high 6# exhaust cylinder.
Solid waste: Solid wastes generated during the operation of this project mainly include metal ingot S1, dust ash S2, crystallized salt S3, crystallized salt S4, slag ball S5, dust ash S6, dust ash S7, waste cloth bag S8, waste glue bucket S9, waste RO film S10, and household waste S11. Among them, metal ingot S1 is hazardous waste, which is comprehensively utilized by steel mills. According to the National Hazardous Waste List (2021 edition), the utilization process is not managed as hazardous waste; Dust dust S2, dust dust S6, waste cloth bag S8 as hazardous waste, as raw materials returned to high temperature furnace; Waste glue bucket S9 and waste RO film S10 are hazardous waste, which shall be recovered by the manufacturer. Slag ball S5, bag dust dust S7 for general industrial solid waste, as raw materials returned to high temperature furnace; The risk characteristics of S3 and S4 crystals should be identified after they are produced. Household waste S11 is removed regularly by the sanitation department. All solid waste has been comprehensively utilized or disposed of harmlessly.
Noise: The high-noise equipment in this project mainly includes compressors and vacuum pumps in the installation area, fans, refrigeration units, air compressors and circulating cooling water towers in the auxiliary environmental protection project, etc. By adding sound insulation covers, vibration reduction, mufflers, outlet mufflers, and selecting low-noise equipment, the impact of noise on the factory boundary can be significantly reduced to ensure that the factory boundary noise meets the standards.
