Summary:
Epoxy resin is a kind of high molecular polymer, the molecular formula is (C11H12O3)n, which refers to the general term of a kind of polymer containing more than two epoxy groups in the molecule. It is a polycondensation product of epichlorohydrin with bisphenol A or a polyol. Due to the chemical activity of the epoxy group, it can be opened by a variety of active hydrogen-containing compounds, cured and crosslinked to form a network structure, so it is a thermosetting resin. Bisphenol A type epoxy resin is not only a large yield, variety, and new modified varieties are still increasing, the quality is constantly improving.
